Once your online booking is confirmed, you will receive an email or SMS with your appointment details, including the date, time, and location. You may also be asked to complete a pre-appointment form to help us prepare for your consultation. If this is your first visit and the form has not been completed, please arrive 15 minutes early.
We accept EFTPOS and all major debit and credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard. We also offer secure digital payment links for convenient contactless payments via SMS or email.
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. A $45 fee applies for late cancellations or missed appointments without notice. This fee is payable by the patient and is not covered by Medicare, WorkCover, CTP, My Aged Care, DVA, or private health insurance. NDIS participants may be charged in accordance with their plan and service agreement.
