As a registered NDIS provider, we support self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed participants with physical and neurological conditions. Our team works with individuals living with stroke, cerebral palsy, spinal cord injuries, autism, and developmental delays.

Our Rise to Resilience Plan is a structured, step-by-step rehabilitation pathway designed specifically for NDIS participants to improve independence, function, and quality of life.
This approach focuses on guiding you through each stage of recovery—from understanding your condition and reducing pain, to building strength, improving daily function, and achieving long-term independence. Every program is tailored to your individual goals, ensuring meaningful progress at every step.

Yes, we are a registered NDIS provider. We deliver services under the approved NDIS registration groups of Therapeutic Supports (0128 – Physiotherapy & Exercise Physiology) and Exercise Physiology & Personal Training (0126).
If you are self-managed or plan-managed, services are paid through your NDIS funding. For NDIA-managed participants, we bill directly through the NDIS portal.
You can contact us directly or ask your support coordinator or plan manager to refer you. We’ll guide you through the process and organise your first appointment.
Most sessions are conducted in-clinic. Home visits are available upon request in selected nearby suburbs, including Keperra, Arana Hills, Ferny Grove, Ferny Hills, Mitchelton, Enoggera, Upper Kedron, and The Gap.
We offer physiotherapy and exercise physiology focused on improving mobility, strength, and everyday function.
You’ll receive a service agreement, welcome pack, and new patient form via email, along with details on wheelchair-accessible parking and directions to the clinic.
Exercise physiology is available for all ages. Physiotherapy services are available for participants aged 9 years and above.
Physiotherapy helps reduce pain and improve movement, while exercise physiology uses structured programs to build strength and daily function. Together, they support greater independence, mobility, and participation in everyday life.
