No. Approved services are fully funded by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, so there are no out-of-pocket costs for eligible veterans.
You’ll need a valid GP referral (D904 form). Your doctor can send it directly to us, or if you already have a copy, you can email it to us or contact our team, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Once we receive all the required details, we’ll aim to contact you before the end of the same business day to arrange your appointment.
A Gold Card covers treatment for all clinically necessary conditions. A White Card covers treatment for specific approved conditions related to your service.
We treat a wide range of conditions, including joint and muscle pain, post-surgical recovery, balance issues, and chronic conditions such as arthritis.
Yes. Depending on your needs and referral, you may be able to access both services as part of your care plan.
Yes. We provide a report to your GP at the end of your treatment cycle, and earlier if required.
Most DVA appointments are conducted in-clinic, however home visits may be available upon request for eligible patients in selected nearby suburbs.
