We accept most major private health funds with extras cover for physiotherapy and exercise physiology, making it easy to access personalised care with minimal out-of-pocket costs. Funds include Medibank, Bupa, HCF, NIB, Australian Unity, ahm, Teachers Health, Defence Health, CBHS, and Police Health.
No, we do not offer on-the-spot private health claiming. All services are paid in full at the time of your appointment, and you can claim any eligible rebate directly from your private health insurance provider, depending on your level of cover.
This depends on your individual policy, including your annual limit and rebate per session. Your health fund can provide exact details on how many sessions you’re eligible to claim.
Most policies reset on 1 January, but check with your health fund to confirm.
HCF and HBF are currently trialling full program funding, while other funds may cover parts of the program depending on your policy.
